Hijab
I am today year's old when I found out that veils and hijabs are not invented by Islam. In fact, it has started way before that. From the Mesopotamian era, veils are women's clothings that signify dignity and high social status. And the fact that Islam requires its female followers to wear them, doesn't that mean that Islam is actually raising the women's status?
MasyaAllah, I am so so blessed to be a muslim.
nowadays, people think that veils are a sign of oppression. Some Muslim women even equate hijab less as a sign of freedom and confidence.
When, in reality, not falling for the norms of society and being naive is the sign of true maturity and confidence.
May Allah guide us always,
